Direct function and personnel of the Case Management departments. Develops, manages, and
oversees the annual care management budget. Prepares and evaluates monthly, quarterly, and
annual reports. Monitors and reports on changes in Medicare regulations and documentation issues to physicians and others as needed. Maintains relationships and contractual oversight.
- Licensed RN with BSN, Masters preferred.
- 5+ years hospital discharge planning, UR, CM and Social work from an acute care hospital setting.
- 2+ years in supervision/leadership from a case management program.
